The billionaire is reportedly buying one of the most influential social media platform, #Twitter. Just one week before he made the offer to Twitter's board, Twitter said on Monday via New York CNN that it has agreed to sell itself to Elon Musk in a roughly $44 billion deal that has the potential to expand the billionaire's business empire and put the world's richest man in charge of one of the world's most influential social networks. The billionaire became famous for cofounded the electronic payment firm #PayPal, founded the #spacecraft company SpaceX and also became chief executive officer of the electric-car maker #Tesla.
